The preamble follows the US Declaration closely, but sprawl is not the villain, but rather the product we have been sold by the Industrial Development Complex. The US Declaration follows its preamble with a list of indictments against King George, but this Declaration pairs indictments with solutions and reasons why we should seek these solutions. This document will be updated over time.
